We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. International orders are typically delivered within 10-25 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Cordless Neck Massager is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cordlessneckmassager.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details, including photos of damaged items or packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
